    Default Not Abel to login via FTP or altervista.org after new internet provider

    Hello all,
    Since i change to my new internet provider i cant access to altervista.org in a normal browser via pc or using ftp can you guys check what is the issue? since via phone i can access all but i don't use phone to do nutting.

    Which ISP are you using?
    Can you access this forum from your PC as well, or only from your phone?

    Hello i can only access via pc using TorBrowser

    my ISP is called DIGI https://www.digi.pt/

    FTP OUTPUT

    Many thanks for the details and for the FTP output.

    First of all, could you please try switching your DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 temporarily and retry?

    If the problem persists, please report this issue to your ISP (DIGI). I'll also report the problem to AlterVista, but it looks like an issue on your ISP/DNS side.
