[DOT-file] Ability to manage hidden files (.env) from the web

Hi all,
working on Laravel I see that I am not able to manage the .env from the web:

https://laravista.altervista.org/laravel-5.6/.env

New features for file manager and editor:

1. ability to view DOT-file (now it is not visible)
2. ability to upload DOT-file (now the .env is renamed in _env)
3. ability to create DOT-file (now it is not possible)
4. ability to download and delete DOT-file (when visible)

We know the limitation.
If you need to manage dot files, you can do it from FTP.

This is not true if you use the encryption (explicit TLS).
