Unable to upload my own theme

Hi,
I am trying to install my own theme on WP host, but all the time I received the following message: ''Service temporarily unavailable
Requested page is temporarily unavailable due to a technical problem.It will be available again as soon as possible: try again later.'' .
I have try the FTP way but my account is invalide.

Can you help me with a suggestion : How to upload my own theme?

Did you activate FTP from Tools -> FTP? Check the parameters there. Can you show the log message of your FTP client?

Is this happens from Appearance -> Themes -> Upload Theme ?

I am facing same problem i am not able upload my own theme including not able to published pages what should i do now

Are you trying to upload from FTP or from the Theme section?
