Problem with mobiel version of the website

I created this website with Themify Plugin, on other host website I had no problem but this time on altervista I saw that on smartphone the top-menu have a big transparent space scrolling down (please check what I say on your smaprtphone), but the problem there isn't on the mobile version of the website on the computer, just on the smartphone.
Why that? I disabled the toolbar, should not have this transparent space before the menu bar.

How did you disable the toolbar?
In AlterBlog account is not planned.

Because of mobile theme. You can disabile it from the menù: "Mobile->disable mobile".

si coloco disable mobile, si me aperece igual pero como si ingrasaran en mi perfil
es dicir quien entre al blog pudiera hasta editarlo si quisiera

si coloco disable mobile siaparece igual
pero es como si entraran en mi perfil puderan hasta editarlo si quisieran
