Problem with mobiel version of the website

I created this website with Themify Plugin, on other host website I had no problem but this time on altervista I saw that on smartphone the top-menu have a big transparent space scrolling down (please check what I say on your smaprtphone), but the problem there isn't on the mobile version of the website on the computer, just on the smartphone.
Why that? I disabled the toolbar, should not have this transparent space before the menu bar.

Porque la version mobil no es igual a la pc
