Thanks! Now when I go to log in to the admin area I get a password prompt, but when I enter my username and password I get the Error 500 again.

Its the Joomla administrator panel that I cannot get to. I'm not sure the url will work for you since, but I get a pop-up box asking for my username and password, which is normal, but the page I get...

Right now it is completely blank. I read that you don't need it so I tried deleting it, but that didnt work either. I also tried this:

I'm getting the same error, but I can't figure out how to resolve it. I tried deleting the file, change it, all kinds of things. Any further suggestions?
