Message to "cash out"

I received a message that I reached the cash out line and it directed me to the page to credit to a PayPal account. I do not want the cash. I want to convert the Euros I had into AlterCents instead and I no longer have that option after I received that message. Is there a way to get the Euros back so that I can convert them to AlterCents?
