How do I Advertise on AlterVista?

How do I advertise through AlterVista's ad system? Some of my eventual users will have products and/or services for sale that they provide and/or manufacture and will most likely want to advertise on my site once it is setup.

Also, is there any information you can provide on affiliating these potential advertisers through my site so I can recieve AC for the advertisement referals?
