Any blacklist would apply to the whole account.

The first time the banner appear in index.html too:


Try to add on url "index.html" or "www" or both: sometimes for the first time the banner appears.


Can you try to set as "index.html" (temporarily) the test page? e.g. rename test_banner.html as "index.html"

I removed the iframe and left only the bare ad script as in the test page. Still no ad at http://estevao.altervista.org, but I do get ads at http://www.estevao.altervista.org and http://estevao.altervista.org/index.html

I think we've made progress with this issue and I appreciate your timely help.

It still seems to me, however, that there is some kind of bug in the script, which fails for the basic address...
