How do you remove Footer Powered by WordPress and Corp

How do you remove the default title pages, e.g., HOME, ABOUT US, CONTACT etc...

I looked everywhere on this forum and I can not find it. Maybe it is in another language but, that does not help me.

Please provide detailed steps so I can take care of this.

I removed this code from the footer.php file and it worked.

Now, the only thing I see at the very bottom of the page is the copyright and the website name which is what I wanted.

You can see how the site is now displaying the credits at the bottom of each page.

Every template has fixed parts who cannot be removed by settings just because the author has intended to display them. So you have to manually modify the template files, taking care to not brake anything.
