AlterVista Installation

I have just started an Altervista Pages installation as follows:

I can access Alter Pages fine by logging on using Facebook, however I can not log on to the control panel as my user name and password do not work.

I have tried to recover my username and password several times and I am told that an email has been sent to me. However I have received no email in any of my email accounts:


I need to be able to log on to the control panel to progress matters.

If you are able to login into AlterPages, you should also be able to login into your control panel. Which error message do you get?
