How to reinstall wordpress in a different directory?

Hi all,
I am new to this and I have created my blog site with user.altervista.org and then i have chosen to install wordpress. I specified directory to be 'wordpress' hence installation was done in user.altervista.org/wordpress

However, I then realized that I want to have both my website and my blog under same parent user.altervista.org so I would like to move current /wordpress to /blog location.

How do I do that?
Can I somehow uninstall wordpress and then install it again in /blog folder?

In your control panel > applications, there you can remove an installed application and install a new one again.
