i've complete adsense requirement but not able to signup for adsense

sir i have complete adsense requirements and i've received enabling adsense email but when i m click on that link they redirects me to sign altervista account when i'm signed they do not give any option for adsense registeration form or like that why is there any problem or i've to just click on that link and sign with alter vista account after that they will automatically create adsense for me???

Once you log on your wordpress dashboard you should click on the left sidebar on Earn -> Google AdSense

You should only wait for a couple of days until adsense ads are shown and earnings are updated
