How to remove altervista add on top of screen?

I have updated wordpress and now i have add of altervita on top of the screen on all pages.

How can i remove it please?

It's the AlterVista Toolbar, you can disable it from the AlterVista control panel, it's in the Tools section.

I have managed to disable the toolbar in my tools menu but it is still there.. and it's now an hour or so that it doesn't change;
Could it take quite some time or there must be something wrong?
