Can not make contact form work

I am using wordpress plugin to set up a contact form, see http://molevol.altervista.org/blog/contact/. Even though it says the message is sent successfully, I never receive emails in my gmail or university email. I tried several plugins: contact form 7, fast secure contact form, etc. None worked.

Is there special requirement for form setup in altervista? Thanks.

Did you check in the spam folder?
