I could not mange my word press

Good day.

it was a good great week since I have started my blog here, and I had earned more than what I have expected as a new blogger in this site.
but just today, as I am exploring the tool bar, I have seen the convert to altersite, then yes I did convert, because I am considering converting my blog site into second level domain,

but as I was trying to manage my wordpress, whenever I try to log in, it will only redirect me to the Cpanel of altersite. and it was really some kind a disappointing.

how could I post new blog content if this will continuously happen to me,

You can login to the WordPress admin panel using the address http://techphil.altervista.org/wp-admin. If the browser doesn't show the login form but instead redirects you, try to clear your browser cache.

i installed a plugin for maintenance mode...
now i cant log in because the maintenance mode image appear
any solution???
