debug message for USPS woocommerce shipping plugin

Hi, the USPS plugin (for Woocommerce, using Wordpress) is not calculating shipping costs and the debug messages states:
"Destination host forbidden, unlock the connection from your Altervista control panel (Resources > PHP Settings)"

Are these two things related? Anyone know how to fix the issue? Thanks.

I guess it is trying to make an external request in order to get the shipping costs. Follow the indication of the message and unlock the server to server connections.

Here is helpful information missing from the reply:
Go to Resources - edit php settings - under the "simpified" tab, go to server to server connections. Scroll all the way down to Click "Go on with identification".

Then the only option to remove the "whitelist" is to pay to send a sms (text) and my service can't text to that destination???

Did you try to send the SMS? Could you please provide the phone number you used? Just omit the last three digits.
