Joomla Sendmail

Joomla has a config file which has the path to sendmail. Is this available on your servers and if so what path should I enter?

No, you can't use sendmail or any other executable. You can only send mail via the PHP mail function (or an external service using its HTTP(S) API, like SendGrid).
