How to set up web-host if I already have a Blog

I did not mean to get a Blog but I did...
I relay need a Website instead.
How do I now get a website?
I have tried but it will not allow me to as I will be using the same Email.
Is there a way to do it even if I now have a Blog?

Wish there was a phone support to call....

You can use the Convert to AlterSite section (under Settings) in the WordPress admin panel.
