Migrate from 000webhost to Altervista?

Hi. I want to ask if is possible migrate a wordpress from 000webhost to altervista. I tried with a plugin called Xcloner but it doesn't work. Thanks for read.

i think u can try simply to import manually your file via ftp, and database table via phpmyadmin.
