Website is loading horribly slowly

Hi!

I have been using Wordpress to host my newspaper's website for the past few years. Recently the speed it takes to load is so slow that it is driving away visitors to the website. I've done some basic things like making sure the cache is activated, but what may be causing this or what could be done to solve this problem?

Try to disable all plugins and re-enable one by one to identify which one may be the problem.
