    Tools->Export.
    You can copy "wp-content" folder by FTP (Tools->FTP).

    On the FTP I don't have the wp-content folder
    I have: plugins, themes, upgrade, uploads, index.php

    Then the DB export is ok just the .xml file that the control panel create from Tool -> Export?

    Thanks
