Error after upgradin wordpress

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 94371840 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 524288 bytes) in /membri/urbannews/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1400

This is the error that gave me after I updated wordpress to 3.4.2 and I had to update the database too.
Coud you please help me ASAP?

did you install wordpress by yourself or you are using the one provided by AlterVista?

I have the same error at upgrading the wordpress to version 3.5

it's a problem of PHP memory limit. Maybe your aggregator has to parse large feeds.
try to add this on your htaccess file:

php_value memory_limit 128M

128M is the max limit allowed.
