i need to reinstall the wordpress

how can i reinstall all my wordpress how can i do this , because i am the socond admin from https://mastertipster.altervista.org and the first admin he maded an theme upgrade and all the website have stay with conflits now i am not able to work with the same theme i really need to backup the database and reinstall the wordpress and insert the database again, is there any way to me to do that , (i thing by reupload the wp admin and wp content will solve the problem but i dont know how to deal with this case.
Any help will bee apreciate.

Hello mastertipster, if you have an alterBlog account, you can't reinstall WP, but you can repair your blog from here: https://aa.altervista.org/blog-recovery.php
