Enabling error_log logging file

Hello, how can I enable logging php errors to error_log file? I really need it! I wanna use my php script on Telegram Bot API, then I just can get errors on error_log file.

Unfortunately it's not possible to enable the log for users.
In any case, it is forbidden by the regulation to host bots on the space (#4.11).
