Altervista Keith theme: Can I revert back to the old theme version?

After years of using the Altervista Keith theme on my RTL blog, today I received a notification of an update to this theme in my dashboard. I previewed and (thinking that I could roll back if it didn't appeal) applied the update. But now I see that lots have changed and I've lost some segments that I'd worked so much on to have a decent RTL blog with this theme.

I don't want to get into the details of what stuff that have now disappeared or lost their decent style. Right now, I just want to revert back to the good old Altervista Keith. Because I had put a lot of time, energy, and study on getting my blog into an appealing shape, and it's hard to accept to go through another long time of struggle to get back what I had already made. I'd rather spend my time creating more content and updating this blog more often, than to go on being obsessed with all the bells and whistles.

It would be interesting to understand what the changes are so that we can help you better.
It is not possible to go back to the old version of the theme.
