I receive an import error message when I try to import an elementor theme

Hello altervista support,

I am reciving an error message like this when I try to import "Custom Printing" or "Organic Store" theme with Elementor. How do I fix this issue?

I have tried to do this last week and today.

You have to activate the server to server connections from "Settings".
