Theme has issues because of PHO ver

I am using a new theme on my sub-domain site with you. I need at least php7.4 for some things to work. I dont have any access for updatibg php ver.

How can I get this?

What's the theme?
Currently it is not possible to change the PHP version in wordpress accounts.
