Need to upload backup

Hello,
I have a .wpress backup made with the plugin All in One WP migration. I need to use it to upload the website to this new hosting.
Unfortunately when i try to use it i got a message wich basically says is heaviear than 128mb and i need to either buy a premium version or contact support or try editing wp-config.
I did try editing wp-config by myself but was sent here asking for support.
My backup .wpress is 700 Mb large.

Hello vfpetcare

I suggest you to use the integrated features of Wordpress (Tools -> import/export). Then you can also upload missing things via FTP.
