Altervista does not respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please, can anyone help me??? I have written them so many times under different topics but they never answer!!! Does anyone know how to contact anyone from altervista????? Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

Thank you soooooo much for answering!!!! I have written you so many times through the support page under different topics but I've never got any answer from Altervista. The problem is the following: the user ModelsGallery | posted a picture of me and I want him to take it down. But there's no contact link on his page nor does he respond to my messages that I have sent him through the message function. If I tell you which exact picture it is, could you please delete it? I'll send you all the necessary information to prove the picture is mine. Thank you very much!!!!
