cannot retreive my website

Hello,
I have 2 websites with the same e-mail associated.
One I can access and edit but the other is like disappeared...this is ruraltuscany and it is actually the one I visited more frecuently.

I cannot retreive it!!! what can I do???

Also i cannot recover the password for it
