Hello Some wild adfly appears on my website

hello there are some referrals from adfly visiting my page ..
it means some people is using my site to earn some money without my permission ..

is this allowed without my permission ?
they are shortening my article's url using adfly without my permission
i want to block this adfly links on my site .. how can i do it ?
i know google adsense is the only allowed site that i can use to advertise thats why im afraid and i report this quickly ..

again my question is , how can i block this kind of traffic on my blog ?

in your control panel, you can find in the menu bar: SEO -> Edit Files, click on it and in the text area (.htaccess), after

RewriteEngine on

you should add this code

RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} adf.ly
RewriteRule . - [F]

and then click on Save changes on .htaccess
