No FTP Access and My Website is Down

Since yesterday, when I try to ftp my files I get the error message: "Connection failed" and I can't get to my site The Black Ribbon Campaign: combatting feminist lies when I try to browse to it.

However, I can log into the main Altervista website (obviously).

According our checks your website seems to be fine, and your statistics also show some visitors during these days.
