Problems accessing the domain

Hi

Since about a week I'm experiencing problems connecting to my free domain hhrumixservice.altervista.org both on the Web and via FTP

The website is WordPress based so database connectivity plays a role in its accessibility

The problem only occurs while accessing it through a certain ISP at home, at work I'm connected to another ISP and can access the domain with no problem

I have another domain bayan.altervista.org and although even from home it's accessible (it only consists of a single page with no DB dependency) I had problems connecting to it via FTP


I performed a traceroute and it displays timeout at a certain server

To the main domain altervista.org at home I have no problems connecting, however traceroute times out as well, although at a different IP address

Is there something to be made out of this information?
Not sure who's responsible for the connectivity

Would like to try to test accessibility of another WP based site hosted on Altervista to kinda narrow down the causes of the problem if someone is ready to share such site address.

whare are you located, can you please list the isps your have issues with?

Hi Gianluca, I'm located in Ukraine, the ISP is called Ukrtelecom

however since last Sunday or Monday the problem seems to be gone, hopefully for good

but since we're already talking, whos problem do you think it is, Altervista's or my ISP's ?
