This webpage is not available.

I just started working on a website, and it is unavailable.

I have tried every hour, and i still get the message "This webpage is not available." My internet is working fine, and i am able to access many different websites.

Also I can't ftp to my account. (i am using all the correct info, it times out each time.)

From here it looks fine, so it's probably a network issue. Please run the test you can find in the thread http://forum.en.altervista.org/issue...-problems.html and post there the results.

I'm using ubuntu (linux) so i'm not sure what the test should say. I have never had a problem using ftp before.

It's an IP routing issue, you should contact your internet provider and report them the problem. Maybe try to reset your modem router before.

will do, althought i can ftp to another server in germany. I will contact you if i have anymore problems after my provider.
