I can not upload any file in my Cpanel. how can you pass this problem

That's not cPanel, it's the AlterVista control panel.
You received a communication about the problem, you can even read it in the Messages page on the AlterVista control panel.
There are malicious scripts on your web space, remove them via FTP and only once removed the malware send an email to the abuse department.
