Please help: I can only view my site on mobile.

Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place. If so, please let me know and I'll move it.

I just started a website with altervista, and I haven't been able to see my site (maryellen.altervista.org) from my desktop computer at all, but I can view it just fine on mobile (with my Galaxy S5). When I try to view it on my desktop with Chrome, I see "This webpage is not available". Something similar happens when I try it with Internet Explorer.

Is this common? I have tried to search for an answer but have found nothing. What can I do to fix it?

Hi, could you please run the network test and post the results here?
However, form your description it looks like it's a problem caused form your ISP (the one that offers internet connectivity for your PC).
