Email web forms don't process email data

I have two forms in my website that use php process files to pass data to an email address. I have the forms installed on another vendor's website and both work but they do not send responses from my Altervista site. The Altervista send message states successfully sent but no email appears in my Inbox.

Have you checked in the spam folder? Have you tried with another email address?
