I'm in the U.S. and my profile says I'm in the U.S. https://ipcim.com/en/?p=where says I'm in the U.S. When I FTPed to my account, I got:

Command: PASS ************

Reply: 530 Authentication failed. The country you are connecting from is not in your country list, please add it in your control panel.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Do you still have the problem? Have you tried to disable the nation filter from the AlterVista control panel?
