Identification to unlock servers to servers connection does not work

3 hours ago I sent an SMS, following the identification procedure to unlock servers to servers connection, but nothing changed.
Any suggestions? Are there alternative identification methods?

This is the only method available to unlock the whitelist. Could you please provide the phone number you used? Omit the last three digits.
Also, why do you need to unlock it? Do you plan to use a specific service? Which one?
