Cannot access my website

For some reason i keep getting a time out error when i try to go to my site. I was just on the site earlier and everything was working fine but now, three hours later, i cannot access it using the URL or from my control panel.

Uhhh, what do?

i only created the site yesterday so i am very new to all of this
