Default Can't access my new website

Hi, I created a new website and have uploaded several pages, including a placeholder index.html file. However I cannot access any of them through my domain http://heikebyte.altervista.org. I saw in the FAQ that it may take a few hours, but it's been a day now and I still can't access it. Is there something I need to do like activate it or make it public or something?

    Thanks

Perhaps I should have mentioned, the error I get (in Firefox) is "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." it's not a 404.

If you are still unable to reach your website please run the network test and post here the results.

Please note that nslookup times out for everything, I don't know why that is, I've never used that tool before. I'm using Google's DNS server at the moment, but it seems to be resolving the IP address, it's just timing out.

It looks like your ISP is blocking the request or is unable to route it. Which ISP are you using? You should contact them and explain the issue.
In the meantime you could activate ColudFlare as a workaround, you can find it in the Resources section of the AlterVista control panel. You won't however be able to use a FTP client until your ISP solves the problem.
