Website is not working

I registered a new website http://rotinic.altervista.org/ and its been more than 15 hours but still the website is not up.

I get following message on google chrome

Something on your PC is blocking the traffic directed to the server. Do you have any antimalware/antivirus/firewall installed? Check their settings or try to disable them in order to identify which is the culprit. Also try to navigate to the website using another device but with the same internet access network, does it work?

Yea it got opened in my cellphone on the same internet connection.
But what could be problem in my laptop. Its my business laptop and I have 'Malware Anti-Exploit for Business' which I stopped and I have McAfee nothing else. Any idea why would it not working on this.

I don't know which one might be, we have not received reports of similar problems. I'd check first the settings and the logs of Malware Anti-Exploit for Business, I'd also suggest you to contact the system administrator (if there's one) of the PC and ask him.

Hey Thanks for all the help. I got the problem and got that resolved. I am not sure why but this Malware was trying to stop to connect to the server.
