Where is the control to limit countries by IP, please?

I seem to recall this control is on by default, and I would like to make sure no country is shut out.
But where is it, now? Has it moved?

There's a filter for the FTP access, you can find it in the Application section on the AlterVista control panel.
You can also activate CloudFlare, which may restrict access to some visitors, according to the security settings. However usually a CAPTCHA is shown by CloudFlare for such users.
