when I try to login from the EN page http://en.altervista.org/, I got

I tried to reset password, but nothing changed. The problem persits for more than a week already. But when I use my credetials (including changed password) to login to this forum, everything goes smoothly. Can you assisst me please? Thank you

yes, I did Blog repair first and Backup restore restore later, but nothing changed. Still getting
