Page "Coming Soon" for months!

I'll keep this short....
Last summer, having just learned some HTML, I wrote a little Hello World message and tried to make an AV page (my first experience with AV) with it--just a temporary one to understand the system before I undertook any larger projects. I followed the instructions and clicked the email link to "unlock the page" or whatever, and it told me that it would be coming soon. That seemed reasonable, since it can take a little while to get the page situated with everything on the Internet, but it's still coming and I uploaded it on 8-23-15. What should I do?

How did you name the file you created? The main page needs to be named index.html (or index.php if you use PHP).
