Can't accsess to my wp admin

I was trying tu update my plugin, and when I did that, it didn't turn well. I can't access my wp panel when I entered my password and user name it shows me this error mesage:
Call to undefined function sanitize_hex_color_no_hash() in /membri/softskillsacademy/wp-content/plugins/google-maps/includes/class-hugeit-maps-map.php on line 1124
I can't accsess it even with FTP and also I can't visit my site it shows me this error also.

You should be able to solve by using the recovery mode to repair your blog.

I just want to retrieve the files that made up the website on alter Vista. Org so that I may rebuild the site
