Website 403 issue

I uploaded my files through FileZilla and they went through, however once I checked the FTP on AlterVista, it showed a technical problem. It has now been 6 hours and still no fix so they told me to post on forum.


Please help

"Cannot access your files, it could be a temporary problem due to an update or technical failure. In this case, if the problem persists for more than two hours, notify it on the forum."
