    Default Problem with server to server connection identification

    Hi, I'm trying to remove the server to server connection white-list by sending the required SMS message, but it hasn't been successful. I received no error after sending, so I'm assuming the message was successfully delivered.

    Could anyone advise how I might proceed?

    If you didn't manage to complete the identification procedure it means we received the wrong code or we didn't received anything.
    If you give us the phone number you used (just omit the last three digits) we can check if something arrived.

    Unfortunately we didn't receive anything from that number.

    That seems a little odd. Can you please confirm I'm sending it to the right number? (+39 339 9942899)

    The number is correct, please make sure that you are allowed to send SMS to Italian phone numbers.
    Also, be sure that your website does not violate our terms of service.

    I've sent the SMS again, once again it was unsuccessful. It may be a problem on my side, but I'm not entirely sure.
