FTP/Site not accessable

I cannot access my site, when i try it just says that it is unavailable or may not exist. If i access file manager it says its down for maintanece check back in two hours but this was like 4 hours ago and still no change.
Any help is much appreciated.

A very similar result for my site 'emtg':

Error 403
You can't access to the requested page or directory.

The dashboard indicates visitors suddenly dropped to zero on 19 July. Google sent me mail on 25 July (stuck in spam folder!) saying "increase in 403 pages). I cannot trace any email from you (and I have checked in profile that address is correct).

What is the reason for this, pleas?

Day2:
My site is 'etmg'. Attempting to access FTP I still receive " Cannot access your files, it could be a temporary problem due to an update or technical failure. In this case, if the problem persists for more than two hours, notify it on the forum." I did so yesterday & am still awaiting a reply.

Attempting to go to my home page it says:-
"Error 403
You can't access to the requested page or directory."

Will admin respond, please.

Problem continues. Do you actually ever expect anybody to ever use this site with this level of support?
